Middle school award ceremony

We are so proud of Morgan this year. She had a great start to middle school were she excelled academically, athletically, socially and spiritually. Morgan was recognized with three awards in 6th grade for: President's physical fitness award, the award for the pillar (character) of "being respectful", and award of excellence in math (with the 2nd highest grade point average).

Field Day

Lucy had a a lot of fun at field day and it didn't hurt that she got 3 blue ribbons (1st place), 2 red (2nd place and 1 bronze ribbon (3rd place) out of 8 events! God has blessed her with athletic ability and she uses it to the max. :)

Lucy Baptism

Lucy was baptized Sunday, April 29 at RMCC by her mother, Betsy. We are very proud of her decision to dedicate her life to Jesus Christ! Praise God!

Betsy celebrated her 40th birthday this year on Leap Day. We will be going to NYC with friends Susan and Woody to celebrate in the Spring! Lucy turned 8 on February 28! I can't believe she is growing up so fast...

Morgan Basketball Season

Morgan played competitive basketball this year. They finished the season 8-22. It was a great experience and Morgan improved in all areas of the game. She averaged 2 points per game. Her best skills were court awareness, assists and passing.

Christmas 2011

What a great Christmas we enjoyed this year. We had Betsy's brother, Eric, and family (my sister-n-law; Stacy and their kids; Camryn, Amber and Tyler) stay with us this year including their dad, Jim. The kids had an eventful week with learning how to ski, ice skating, sledding, swimming and not to mention presents!
