Christmas 2011

What a great Christmas we enjoyed this year. We had Betsy's brother, Eric, and family (my sister-n-law; Stacy and their kids; Camryn, Amber and Tyler) stay with us this year including their dad, Jim. The kids had an eventful week with learning how to ski, ice skating, sledding, swimming and not to mention presents!

Nations Day

Every year our school has a week of celebration and ends with a program. This year Lucy's 2nd grade class studied Italy. Here are some of the pictures of Lucy.

Halloween-2011

Morgan and Lucy decided to be rock stars with their friends.

We also went to a party at a friends house from church. Below the kids did apple bobbin and carved pumpkins.

Soccer season Fall 2011

Lucy scored her first goal of the year in the first game and kept her streak alive at 24 games with at least one goal. Here the goalie was scared to catch her shot.

In her second game she scored 6 goals.

Softball Champions!!!

Morgan had a great season. She played 2nd base with no errors and batted above 500 the whole season. This team has been together since 2nd grade. They had an undefeated season including the tournament (14-0). They only allowed 5 runs the whole season including the tournament and won the championship game 9-1. Next year begins competitive ball as she enters middle school.

Winter Park: Summer 2011

Friends of ours blessed us with their mountain home to stay for a week. We had a great time! Grandma and Grandpa Weber joined us and Morgan's best friend. Dad and I golfed and we all spent time relaxing. Below daddy tries the alpine slide and realizes he is not as young as he used to be~

Lucy spring soccer comes to an end

Lucy finished with 19 goals; one shy of her goal. She had a great season! She will attend a British soccer camp this summer to prepare for the fall season.

Spring Break 2011

We spent spring break in Phoenix, AZ. Grandpa Grogg went with us for the week. There was plenty of sunshine and relaxation! Below are the girls and I at the water park. Grandpa catching some rays and a good book...
